Dual Carbon Wheel Protection?

Ngenco Dual Carbon Wheel Protection is a dedicated, multi-stage protection system developed exclusively for carbon fibre wheels.

It starts with a high-performance, spray-applied Paint Protection Film applied across the wheel face. This forms a seamless, paint-like protective layer with no joins, edges or visible film lines, while remaining fully compatible with carbon fibre resins and finishes.

A precision-engineered Rim Protector is then fitted to the wheel’s outer edge — the area most exposed to curb and impact damage. The Ngenco Rim Protector is bonded using industry-leading 3M adhesive, creating a secure, uniform seal that avoids aggressive bonding methods and prevents dirt, sand and road debris from getting behind the protector, a known cause of damage with inferior rim guard systems.

Once the protection layers are complete, a ceramic coating is applied over the entire wheel. This final layer enhances chemical resistance, reduces brake dust adhesion and makes routine cleaning significantly easier.

All components are fully removable, leaving the carbon wheel completely unharmed and in its original condition.
